There have been only very isolated reports of any incidents. Our color code is green -- while things may not be perfect, it's getting close! You are highly unlikely to encounter any significant issues on beaches in the Panama City area.
The debris visible along the surf line in these photos is normal 'seaweed' and such and is not oil-related in any way.

From the roof of the Spinnaker Beach Club you can enjoy the wide white beach and clear water all year round.
